Deciding to create a songbird-friendly backyard habitat takes just a little bit of planning. Birds don’t require a huge area so don’t worry about the size of your backyard. Think about adding a birdfeeder, bird bath and a diverse mix of native vegetation to fulfill your local birds’ basic needs. Remember to regularly replenish the birdseed, clean the water in the bird bath and take good care of your plants.
